The installer starts from isolated Orbit state, initializes private Git access, then gives the workstation to the official sync graph. Failures automatically restore the previous state.

Confirm

Validate the workstation, show the reset boundary, and require explicit approval before changing state.

Initialize

Secure the local account when needed, isolate existing state, and use Orbit's SSH-key sync for access.

Reconcile

Promote a staged checkout and run orbit sync. Repo issues are deferred; required-state failures trigger automatic rollback.
